Our 15-minute self photo session is designed for individuals, couples, families, and small groups looking for a quick, fun, and effortless studio experience. With a clean, portrait-focused setup, this option is perfect for capturing flattering photos that work beautifully for social media, profile pictures, or even updating your LinkedIn or professional image. No pressure, no photographer—just you, your people, and a simple setup that lets you relax, have fun, and capture genuine moments. Cancellation Policy
1. Studio Usage Guidelines Customers are responsible for operating the studio equipment correctly. Only the person(s) who made the booking may use the studio. Max occupancy per session is 4 pax for 15-minutes & 6 pax for 30-minutes. 2. Booking & Payment All sessions must be booked in advance via our website. Full payment is required at the time of booking. We accept major credit/debit cards and digital wallets. Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time, regardless of late arrivals. 3. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling All payments are non-refundable. Once a booking is confirmed and paid, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances. Customers may reschedule their session one time only by notifying us through manager@clicknchew.ca at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability. No-shows and same-day cancellations are not eligible for rescheduling or credit. 4. Equipment & Property Use Please handle all equipment with care. Any damage resulting from misuse may result in a repair or replacement charge. Do not attempt to modify or move lighting setups, backdrops, or props unless otherwise instructed. You may bring your own equipment, but the studio is not responsible for loss or damage. 5. Safety & Conduct Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No illegal activities, offensive content, or nudity permitted unless pre-approved for artistic purposes. Respect other users and maintain a professional and courteous atmosphere. 6. Pet Policy For customers with pets, please take care of them inside the studio. We require pets to wear a leash and diapers. If a leash is not available, please carry them at all times. There is a $10 cleaning fee if your pets litter inside the studio. 7. Data & Privacy Customers are responsible for saving and backing up their photos. The studio respects your privacy and does not access, use, or share your content without your permission. With customer consent, the studio reserves the right to retain a digital copy of the customer’s chosen printout photos for marketing purposes, including social media & promotional materials. 8. Liability Waiver By using the studio, customers agree to release the studio and its staff from any liability for injuries, loss, or damage occurring during their session.
